After 9 played minutes Kalnois got a freekick which was hit by Gytis Pranckevičius. After a rather tough play, Kalnois's Gytis Pranckevičius got a free kick in the 11th minute. Josef Lindholm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Karolis Mažutavičius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Augustas Varnas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josef Lindholm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karolis Mažutavičius could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Augustas Varnas made a huge save. When Gytis Pranckevičius came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Kalnois fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gytis Pranckevičius couldn't finish the play. Almantas Jarulis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vygandas Gurskis in the 32nd minute of play. A hard shot 35 in the game by Karolis Mažutavičius from a close distance when the talented Augustas Varnas managed to make a qualified save. Kalnois's players were relieved. In the 39th minute, Konstantinas Aleksa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Almantas Jarulis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Karolis Mažutavičius got free with Augustas Varnas in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Karolis Mažutavičius made a kick off. Augustas Varnas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josef Lindholm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Anicetas Labanauskas fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FK Siauliu Fanai's protests and gave Anicetas Labanauskas a yellow card for diving instead. Anicetas Labanauskas hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Eidvilas Dabriška managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kalnois's supporters rose to their feet, but Eidvilas Dabriška was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Almantas Jarulis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, FK Siauliu Fanai's Almantas Jarulis got control of the ball when Konstantinas Aleksa tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 60 played minutes FK Siauliu Fanai got a freekick which was hit by Anicetas Labanauskas. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Karolis Mažutavičius put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Augustas Varnas. FK Siauliu Fanai's Almantas Jarulis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save FK Siauliu Fanai from getting a goal against them. Almantas Jarulis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eidvilas Dabriška, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vygandas Gurskis got free with Almantas Jarulis in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Josef Lindholm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augustas Varnas having to interfere. Josef Lindholm blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Augustas Varnas having to make a save. After 83rd play minutes Karolis Mažutavičius shot 2-2, a short shot which went by Augustas Varnas and just under the crossbar into goal. After 88 minutes of play Kalnois's Konstantinas Aleksa was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Kalnois getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Konstantinas Aleksa hit a great ball. In the 91st minute, Kalnois's Vygandas Gurskis ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Almantas Jarulis. Almantas Jarulis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. Gytis Pranckevičius kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The Kalnois players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
