Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Astijus Jurgilas took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd match minute, FBK Klaipėda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bronius Kaniava to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the FC Cosa Nostra Siauliai defense, Bronius Kaniava kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rimas Juozaitis. The FC Cosa Nostra Siauliai fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rimas Juozaitis should have stopped the shot. Rūtenis Drigotas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stasys Jakštys in the 8th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FBK Klaipėda's Astijus Jurgilas got a free kick in the 11th minute. The supporters of FC Cosa Nostra Siauliai booed when FBK Klaipėda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eigirdas Ozinskas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adomas Nakčiunas's late challenge caught a FBK Klaipėda's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adomas Nakčiunas helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Bernardas Voveris managed to get in a good position for a shot. FBK Klaipėda's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardas Voveris was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rimas Juozaitis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC Cosa Nostra Siauliai's Rimas Juozaitis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save FC Cosa Nostra Siauliai from getting a goal against them. In the 24th minute Bernardas Voveris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rimas Juozaitis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rimas Juozaitis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardas Voveris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dobilas Andrijaitis lost his temper 41 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Ignas Buožius walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Bronius Kaniava came free with the goalkeeper in the 46th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Rimas Juozaitis could save by the left post. 48 minutes into the game, Bernardas Voveris recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rimas Juozaitis. Bernardas Voveris showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stasys Jakštys to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 53 minutes, Aloyzas Daškevičius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FBK Klaipėda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aloyzas Daškevičius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bernardas Voveris took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rimas Juozaitis. Rimas Juozaitis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bronius Kaniava in the 60th minute of play forced FC Cosa Nostra Siauliai's goalkeeper Rimas Juozaitis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, FBK Klaipėda's Aloyzas Daškevičius got a free kick in the 69th minute. Rimas Juozaitis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardas Voveris in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind FBK Klaipėda's goalkeeper Rūtenis Drigotas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In a very dangerous position, a player in FBK Klaipėda fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 78th minute. Penalty! Rimas Juozaitis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Astijus Jurgilas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Cosa Nostra Siauliai's Rimas Juozaitis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Astijus Jurgilas in the 87th minute of play. Nerijus Kukulskis kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 91st minute Bronius Kaniava shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rimas Juozaitis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eigirdas Ozinskas took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rimas Juozaitis. Rimas Juozaitis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. Astijus Jurgilas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eigirdas Ozinskas scored 7-1 in the 98th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rimas Juozaitis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the FC Cosa Nostra Siauliai players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FBK Klaipėda.
