When Palukshchey's Daugirdas Kepalas in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 10th minute, Simonas Dabkevičius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the match, FC Darina's goal looked a bit too open when Daugirdas Kepalas came free, but Arnoldas Kudzys reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teodoro Roldan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Aldas Miknevičius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduardas Kšanavičius in the 19th minute of play forced Palukshchey's goalkeeper Aldas Miknevičius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aldas Miknevičius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodoro Roldan, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After 33 minutes, Titas Birutis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Palukshchey and the FC Darina players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Palukshchey getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Titas Birutis hit a great ball. Palukshchey's Aldas Miknevičius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Roldan in the 36th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, FC Darina's goal looked a bit too open when Daugirdas Kepalas came free, but Arnoldas Kudzys reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teodoro Roldan in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aldas Miknevičius saved Palukshchey from getting behind. In the 46th match minute, Palukshchey was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danas Orvidas to maneuver through the defense. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daugirdas Kepalas was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Palukshchey's Jokūbas Ginevičius got a free kick in the 54th minute. Teodoro Roldans short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Aldas Miknevičius to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Teodoro Roldan came free with the goalkeeper in the 57th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Aldas Miknevičius could save by the left post. Arnoldas Kudzys took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daugirdas Kepalas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teodoro Roldan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aldas Miknevičius acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 64th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Benediktas Bilevičius. When Palukshchey's Daugirdas Kepalas in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. FC Darina's Achaz Kastner got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 76 minutes into the game, Teodoro Roldan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Aldas Miknevičius was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daugirdas Kepalas in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnoldas Kudzys prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A hard shot 85 in the game by Teodoro Roldan from a close distance when the talented Aldas Miknevičius managed to make a qualified save. Palukshchey's players were relieved. If Teodoro Roldan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The FC Darina fans' excitement grew in the 94th match minute when FC Darina's Teodoro Roldan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. FC Darina played a much better game than Palukshchey and deserved their victory. The Palukshchey players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
