Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rokas Doveikis started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, FK Pakruojis's Rupertas Asauskas got control of the ball when Mantvydas Staponkus tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Rabarbarai's Egidijus Ilgūnas got a free kick in the 4th minute. FK Pakruojis's Rimas Pankratjevas was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gediminas Andriulaitis in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Eugenijus Sartauskas's late challenge caught a Rabarbarai's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eugenijus Sartauskas helped the player get up and apologised. In the 9th minute, Eugenijus Sartauskas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 11 minutes, Mantas Narbutas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rabarbarai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mantas Narbutas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rokas Doveikis in the 16th minute of play forced Rabarbarai's goalkeeper Gediminas Andriulaitis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stanislovas Mickus thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Gediminas Andriulaitis, a very annoying self made goal in the 17th minute which led to 0-1. Remigijus Kvietkauskas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gediminas Andriulaitis having to interfere. Egidijus Ilgūnas's late challenge caught a FK Pakruojis's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The audience was convinced that Mantas Narbutas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rupertas Asauskas was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. If Rokas Doveikis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 43 minutes, Mantas Narbutas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rabarbarai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mantas Narbutas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mantas Narbutas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rupertas Asauskas came out and tried to block the shot, but Mantas Narbutas slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 45th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mantas Narbutas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Virgilijus Jasas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Gediminas Andriulaitis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mantas Narbutas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rupertas Asauskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mantas Narbutas in the 60th minute of play. Rabarbarai's Gediminas Andriulaitis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rokas Doveikis in the 68th minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Mantas Narbutas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rupertas Asauskas was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 89 minutes into the game, Rabarbarai's Mantas Narbutas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rupertas Asauskas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Rupertas Asauskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mantas Narbutas in the 92nd minute of play. Mantas Narbutas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Rabarbarai had won after a very even match.
