The audience thought a goal was coming when Adolfas Damaševicius got free with Damiano Di Giambattista in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Damiano Di Giambattista made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adolfas Damaševicius in the 11th minute. Arnoldas Kibildis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Eligijus Vilimavičius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vydas Venckūnas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arnoldas Kibildis to strike the kick off in the second half. Vakaris Marcinkevičius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eligijus Vilimavičius having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Arnoldas Kibildis managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Galliora's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnoldas Kibildis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eligijus Vilimavičius breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andrius Sabačiauskas hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Damiano Di Giambattista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juras Alčauskas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnoldas Kibildis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Adolfas Damaševicius came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the FC Dumshishkyay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adolfas Damaševicius couldn't finish the play. 70 minutes into the match, FC Galliora's Rapolas Lapeika broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The supporters of FC Galliora booed when FC Dumshishkyay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benas Sargūnas didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juras Alčauskas in the 76th minute of play forced FC Galliora's goalkeeper Damiano Di Giambattista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Galliora's Damiano Di Giambattista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eitautas Vasauskas in the 77th minute of play. Damiano Di Giambattista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vydas Venckūnas in the 80th minute of play. Damiano Di Giambattista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eitautas Vasauskas, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. A collision led to FC Galliora getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Evaldas Misiulis hit a great ball. 83 minutes into the match, FC Dumshishkyay's Aras Daukintis broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. The FC Dumshishkyay fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC Galliora had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
