Spectators: 6781 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1781, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Karolis Stanaitis took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience was convinced that Dainius Bandza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eduardas Stanaitis was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. Eduardas Stanaitis came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Karkuciu's Dainius Bandza. But to his dismay, Dainius Bandza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Eduardas Stanaitis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karolis Stanaitis, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. If Dainius Bandza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Vygantas Alekna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, FC Sharlavki's Daumantas Ivanauskas got a free kick in the 24th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Karkuciu's goal looked a bit too open when Žydrūnas Achilas came free, but Motiejus Adeikis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 40 played minutes FC Sharlavki got a freekick which was hit by Žydrūnas Achilas. Eduardas Stanaitis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dainius Bandza, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. A collision led to FC Sharlavki getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Arnoldas Daukša hit a great ball. After having played for 45 minutes, Karolis Stanaitis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Karkuciu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karolis Stanaitis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Karkuciu were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Vygantas Alekna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Motiejus Adeikis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Karolis Stanaitis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Karkuciu's supporters rose to their feet, but Karolis Stanaitis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eduardas Stanaitis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With an all-out effort, Karkuciu's Eduardas Stanaitis threw himself towards the right post 65 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Karolis Stanaitis, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 66th play minute Dainius Bandza came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Eduardas Stanaitis. 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in FC Sharlavki's zone, Dainius Bandza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eduardas Stanaitis came out of the goal and Dainius Bandza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dainius Bandzas short, quick shot in the 72ndth minute got Eduardas Stanaitis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Daumantas Ivanauskas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Motiejus Adeikis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Karolis Stanaitis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Eduardas Stanaitis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Karolis Stanaitis put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Eduardas Stanaitis. Motiejus Adeikis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daumantas Ivanauskas, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 92nd match minute, Karkuciu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Liutauras Bendorius to maneuver through the defense. The FC Sharlavki supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Karkuciu's performance. The match ended with a win for Karkuciu.
