After 14 minutes, Zenonas Gaubšas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gustaytse and the Grigoziske players grew even worse after the yellow card. Zenonas Gaubšas kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Anicetas Jučas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grigoziske's supporters rose to their feet, but Anicetas Jučas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aras Grakauskas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonas Gutauskas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 21 played minutes Gustaytse got a freekick which was hit by Anicetas Galvelis. If Einaras Bačkys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Einaras Bačkys fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aras Grakauskas having to interfere. Aras Grakauskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Gutauskas in the 29th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Gustaytse's Zenonas Gaubšas got a free kick in the 30th minute. The supporters of Gustaytse booed when Grigoziske was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vytaras Baltramaitis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th minute, Jonas Gutauskas made a precise shot to the right of Aras Grakauskas. Gustaytse's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Jonas Gutauskas's late challenge caught a Gustaytse's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonas Gutauskas helped the player get up and apologised. 40 minutes into the game, Anicetas Jučas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Aras Grakauskas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 45 minutes, Anicetas Jučas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grigoziske's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anicetas Jučas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonas Gutauskas in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aras Grakauskas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 48th minute Anicetas Jučas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aras Grakauskas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Gustaytse players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Grigoziske were winning 0-2.

When Jonas Gutauskas came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Grigoziske fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonas Gutauskas couldn't finish the play. Anicetas Jučas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aras Grakauskas having to interfere. Anicetas Jučas took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aras Grakauskas. Aras Grakauskas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Aras Grakauskas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Einaras Bačkys, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Grigoziske getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Motiejus Andužis hit a great ball. Lorenzo Goethuys took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Airūnas Jocys, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Grigoziske's Lorenzo Goethuys played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Airūnas Jocys in the 84th minute of play. Aras Grakauskas made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Anicetas Jučas sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Grigoziske getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Gelu Sitaru hit a great ball. Virgilijus Sadeckas hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Grigoziske played a much better game than Gustaytse and deserved their victory. The Gustaytse players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
