Spectators: 6780 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1780, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Adolfas Taujanskas kicked off to start the match. Vakaris Damanskas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rimas Aliukonis went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Vakaris Damanskas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Naglis Mileška in the 11th minute of the match. Vakaris Damanskas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Naglis Mileška, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes into the match, Zpoone's goalkeeper Vakaris Damanskas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vladas Puščius. Vakaris Damanskas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vladas Puščius in the 24th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rimas Aliukonis got free with Vakaris Damanskas in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 37th match minute, Zpoone was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albertas Karitonas to maneuver through the defense. In the 38th minute of the match Dangiras Leonavičius shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vakaris Damanskas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 42 minutes of play, FBK Pajudris's Vladas Puščius made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vakaris Damanskas was left in no man's land by his defense there! The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Naglis Mileška to make the kick off. Adolfas Taujanskas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Zpoone getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Regimantas Mockevičius hit a great ball. Vakaris Damanskas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Naglis Mileška, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albertas Karitonas kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Adolfas Taujanskas dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Andrius Šaulys, 2-1. Naglis Mileška sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zpoone's Albertas Karitonas got his second yellow card of the match in the 75th minute. The referee ordered Albertas Karitonas off the ground. After 76 played minutes Zpoone got a freekick which was hit by Albertas Karitonas. After having played for 77 minutes, Vladas Puščius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FBK Pajudris's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vladas Puščius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 79th minute, Naglis Mileška made a precise shot to the right of Vakaris Damanskas. Zpoone's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vladas Puščius in the 84th minute of play forced Zpoone's goalkeeper Vakaris Damanskas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Haroldas Plekavičius notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Zpoone's Vakaris Damanskas. Vakaris Damanskas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vakaris Damanskas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Naglis Mileška, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. 96 minutes into the game, Vladas Puščius cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Vakaris Damanskas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FBK Pajudris had won after a very even match.
