With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jotautas Norkevičius in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulius Aleksiūnas saved Cheetah AFC from getting behind. If Jotautas Norkevičius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13th minute, Modestas Pakerys got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 14th minute, Ovidijus Pažarauskas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Audrius Voveris fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cheetah AFC's protests and gave Audrius Voveris a yellow card for diving instead. Audrius Voveris hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. A collision led to Cheetah AFC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Laurynas Magelinskas hit a great ball. If Virgilijus Puišys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Virgilijus Puišys received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Paulius Aleksiūnas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulius Aleksiūnas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jotautas Norkevičius in the 32nd minute of play. After 36 minutes, Mantas Geležinis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cheetah AFC and the FBK Joskaudai players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mantas Geležinis kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, FBK Joskaudai's Juras Mikoliūnas broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jotautas Norkevičius to make the kick off. When Modestas Pakerys came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Cheetah AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Modestas Pakerys couldn't finish the play. Paulius Aleksiūnas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jotautas Norkevičius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vėjas Žemaitis hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Paulius Aleksiūnas made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Virgilijus Puišys sent off a good shot on target. Ričardas Markulis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gvidonas Vaičiulis in the 61st minute of the match. 64 minutes in the game, Virgilijus Puišys fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Paulius Aleksiūnas having to interfere. Paulius Aleksiūnas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jotautas Norkevičius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jotautas Norkevičius recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Modestas Pakerys sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 82 played minutes, FBK Joskaudai's Juras Mikoliūnas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Paulius Aleksiūnas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FBK Joskaudai reached it. After a defensive mix-up in Cheetah AFC's zone, Virgilijus Puišys stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulius Aleksiūnas came out of the goal and Virgilijus Puišys tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 88 in the game by Virgilijus Puišys from a close distance when the talented Paulius Aleksiūnas managed to make a qualified save. Cheetah AFC's players were relieved. If Virgilijus Puišys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulius Aleksiūnas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eligijus Bagdžiūnas, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jotautas Norkevičius in the 97th minute of play forced Cheetah AFC's goalkeeper Paulius Aleksiūnas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FBK Joskaudai's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
