In the 5th minute Regimantas Alčauskas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitoldas Slavinskas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albertas Adomkevičius during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 8th minute, Albertas Adomkevičius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vytautas Gimbutas scored 0-1 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vitoldas Slavinskas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ignas Aliukonis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konstantinas Jocys, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 29th minute of the game. One of FC DEVILS:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of QUEEN OF THE DEATH:s goal. In the 33rd match minute, QUEEN OF THE DEATH was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laimonas Medžiaušis to maneuver through the defense. Rolandas Pakalniškis struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Ignas Aliukonis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC DEVILS. The tension between the FC DEVILS and the QUEEN OF THE DEATH players grew even worse after the yellow card. Konstantinas Jocys fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ignas Aliukonis having to interfere. Agnius Sankauskas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vitoldas Slavinskas having to interfere. Vitoldas Slavinskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Regimantas Alčauskas in the 91st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in FC DEVILS's zone, Vytautas Gimbutas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vitoldas Slavinskas came out of the goal and Vytautas Gimbutas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. QUEEN OF THE DEATH had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
