After 16 played minutes FK ALYTIS's Irmantas Kligys stole the ball from his opponents and shot the ball towards the upper left corner, but Rimvydas Mečionis stretched himself as far as he could, and stopped the ball from passing the line. robbing FBK Šalča of the goal. Gintautas Augutis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eitautas Leimontas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eitautas Leimontas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Irmantas Kligys sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vaidas Laivys sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vladas Fomenka helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to FBK Šalča getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Justinas Martusevičius hit a great ball. Gintautas Augutis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eitautas Leimontas in the 100th minute of play. The FK ALYTIS supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FBK Šalča's performance. The match ended with a win for FBK Šalča.
