An unexpectedly hard shot by Adomas Puipa in the 21st minute of play forced Vilnius United's goalkeeper Laimutis Paliulis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 38 minutes into the game, when Sikstas Makauskas put in a rough tackle. After a rather tough play, Vilnius United's Deividas Jasaitis got a free kick in the 56th minute. Tervydoniai's attentive Deividas Jasinskas managed to snatch the ball when Airidas Čepulionis made a throw-in in the 57th minute of the game. When Tervydoniai's Oskaras Saunorius in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Vilnius United's Laimutis Paliulis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Merūnas Diečkus in the 68th minute of play. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vilnius United's goalkeeper Laimutis Paliulis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 82nd minute, Merūnas Diečkus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adomas Puipa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laimutis Paliulis having to interfere. After 86 played minutes Vilnius United got a freekick which was hit by Lukas Kubilius. After a defensive mix-up in Vilnius United's zone, Merūnas Diečkus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Laimutis Paliulis came out of the goal and Merūnas Diečkus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vilnius United's goalkeeper Laimutis Paliulis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Merūnas Diečkus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tervydoniai were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Vilnius United for a fine match.
