Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) FC Vilkai's Benas Banevičius got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of FC Vilkai booed when FC Kirkaytsi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oskaras Baublys didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tauras Bikauskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Titas Mišeikis in the 14th minute of play. After 26 played minutes FC Vilkai got a freekick which was hit by Eigirdas Grinius. Nerūnas Beinoris hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After having played for 31 minutes, Titas Mišeikis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Vilkai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Titas Mišeikis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC Kirkaytsi's Tauras Bikauskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Titas Mišeikis in the 35th minute of play. Titas Mišeikis struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Tauras Bikauskas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Vilkai. Titas Mišeikis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Tauras Bikauskas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nerūnas Beinoris blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tauras Bikauskas having to make a save.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vilmantas Bagūnas made a kick off. In the 52nd match minute, FC Kirkaytsi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Liudvikas Rudys to maneuver through the defense. Oskaras Baublys hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Benas Banevičius managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Vilkai's supporters rose to their feet, but Benas Banevičius was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tauras Bikauskas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 68th match minute, FC Kirkaytsi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Liudvikas Rudys to maneuver through the defense. Titas Mišeikis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benas Banevičius might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tauras Bikauskas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benas Banevičius ran back to his position shaking his head. Tauras Bikauskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Titas Mišeikis in the 76th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Titas Mišeikis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tauras Bikauskas was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. In the 87th minute Benas Banevičius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tauras Bikauskas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
