Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomas Janeliūnas kicked off to start the match. Nedas Alzbutas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herkus Širvys in the 3rd minute of play. Telšiai's Nedas Alzbutas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Janeliūnas in the 5th minute of play. Artūras Silevičius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Einaras Pranckevičius in the 9th minute of the match. In the 10th minute, Osvaldas Gabrielaitis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Osvaldas Gabrielaitis came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Telšiai fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Osvaldas Gabrielaitis couldn't finish the play. Einaras Pranckevičius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Artūras Silevičius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jogaila Magelinskas hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. When Dovydas Puikys came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Telšiai fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dovydas Puikys couldn't finish the play. In the 19th minute, Laimutis Bakas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Vilniaus spirdziai getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Henrikas Gasparas hit a great ball. Osvaldas Gabrielaitis's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Artūras Silevičius skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daumantas Balakas in the 30th minute of play forced Vilniaus spirdziai's goalkeeper Artūras Silevičius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lauras Baltramaitis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40th minute, Osvaldas Gabrielaitis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Osvaldas Gabrielaitis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Artūras Silevičius having to make a save. An unexpected shot in the 43rd minute by Einaras Pranckevičius got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a defensive mix-up in Telšiai's zone, Tomas Janeliūnas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nedas Alzbutas came out of the goal and Tomas Janeliūnas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Telšiai players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Vilniaus spirdziai were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Osvaldas Gabrielaitis to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Telšiai got a freekick which was hit by Lauras Baltramaitis. 55 minutes into the match, Telšiai's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Janeliūnas came free, but Nedas Alzbutas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daumantas Balakas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Lauras Baltramaitis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd minute Einaras Pranckevičius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artūras Silevičius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Telšiai fully deserved thier win.
