Nedas Alzbutas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustas Rinkevičius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Telšiai getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Laimutis Bakas hit a great ball. Lauras Baltramaitis charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lauras Baltramaitis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lauras Baltramaitis kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 26th minute of the match Miglius Bitė sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nedas Alzbutas skillfully saved the ball. After 47 minutes, Andrius Žukauskas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Telšiai and the FK Medziukai players grew even worse after the yellow card. Laimutis Bakas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th minute, Albertas Avelis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 81 minutes of play Telšiai's Andrius Žukauskas was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Sigitas Krasauskas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nedas Alzbutas having to interfere. Faustas Rinkevičius came free with the goalkeeper in the 84th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Nedas Alzbutas could save by the left post. After 86 played minutes Telšiai got a freekick which was hit by Lauras Baltramaitis. Albertas Avelis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nedas Alzbutas having to interfere. FK Medziukai's Albertas Avelis got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Feliksas Galinis took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Nedas Alzbutas to make any attempt to save it. The Telšiai supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FK Medziukai's performance. The match ended with a win for FK Medziukai.
