FC Kirkaytsi's Tauras Bikauskas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 2nd minute of the match, managed to save FC Kirkaytsi from getting a goal against them. Feliksas Galinis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tauras Bikauskas came out and tried to block the shot, but Feliksas Galinis slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 6th minute. Miglius Bitė could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Tauras Bikauskas made a huge save. Jonas Dabulskis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Ramūnas Mastavičius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FK Medziukai's Miglius Bitė got a free kick in the 18th minute. Sigitas Krasauskas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Tauras Bikauskas made a huge save. Jonas Dabulskis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramūnas Mastavičius having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Feliksas Galinis managed to get in a good position for a shot. FK Medziukai's supporters rose to their feet, but Feliksas Galinis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tauras Bikauskas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vilmantas Bagūnas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Tauras Bikauskas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliksas Galinis in the 35th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, FC Kirkaytsi's goal looked a bit too open when Feliksas Galinis came free, but Tauras Bikauskas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tauras Bikauskas was a little too slow when Vygandas Armalas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 46th minute, Dinaras Dekanis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the match, FK Medziukai's Faustas Rinkevičius sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tauras Bikauskas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tauras Bikauskas was out of position in the 48 minute of play, and Albertas Avelis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Albertas Avelis really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0.

Tauras Bikauskas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Faustas Rinkevičius's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliksas Galinis in the 56th minute of play forced FC Kirkaytsi's goalkeeper Tauras Bikauskas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th match minute, FC Kirkaytsi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vilmantas Bagūnas to maneuver through the defense. Dinaras Dekanis kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Vilmantas Bagūnas hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Faustas Rinkevičius's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tauras Bikauskas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 98th minute of play. Tauras Bikauskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albertas Avelis in the 99th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FK Medziukai fully deserved thier win.
