Spectators: 7838 (Terracing: 5880, Seating: 1802, VIP seats: 156) BLACK BULL's Vidas Mažutis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Silvestre Eufrasio came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by BLACK BULL's Vidas Mažutis. But to his dismay, Vidas Mažutis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 9 played minutes, BLACK BULL's Miglius Jurkus shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Silvestre Eufrasio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in BLACK BULL reached it. 11 minutes in the game Nedas Balsys did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Irtautas Danaitis. If Šarūnas Dabriška had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alvydas Stonkus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvestre Eufrasio having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Kargo's Serter Duyar slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aldas Rinkevičius. That made the score 1-1 after 18 minutes of play. Šarūnas Dabriška fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aldas Rinkevičius having to interfere. A collision led to BLACK BULL getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Giedrius Juodris hit a great ball. FC Kargo's Silvestre Eufrasio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvydas Stonkus in the 25th minute of play. BLACK BULL's Aldas Rinkevičius proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save BLACK BULL from getting a goal against them. Serter Duyar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Serter Duyar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aldas Rinkevičius having to interfere. Serter Duyar had several of the BLACK BULL's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 39 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-1 score and a disappointed Aldas Rinkevičius as he didn't even see the shot coming. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Tauras Ambrozaitis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Silvestre Eufrasio made a huge save. In the 59th minute of the match Miglius Jurkus shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Silvestre Eufrasio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 60th minute, Vytaras Dailidonis made a precise shot to the right of Aldas Rinkevičius. BLACK BULL's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Aldas Rinkevičius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serter Duyar in the 65th minute of play. In the 67th minute, Nedas Balsys hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Kargo's Einaras Marcinkus got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 71st minute, Ugnius Dovydėnas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aldas Rinkevičius was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Vytaras Dailidonis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aldas Rinkevičius having to interfere. Silvestre Eufrasio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vidas Mažutis, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. A collision led to FC Kargo getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Vytaras Dailidonis hit a great ball. Silvestre Eufrasio acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 85th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Miglius Jurkus. Serter Duyar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aldas Rinkevičius having to interfere. FC Kargo walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
