Aldas Rinkevičius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th match minute, BLACK BULL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giedrius Juodris to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Staškus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomas Staškus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 26 minutes, Antanas Makelevičius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SM Jaunimelis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antanas Makelevičius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Tomas Staškus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aldas Rinkevičius was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. The supporters of SM Jaunimelis booed when BLACK BULL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tauras Ambrozaitis didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Vidas Mažutis made the kick off in the second half. Klemensas Andužis hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. If Antanas Makelevičius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SM Jaunimelis's Justas Diliūnas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save SM Jaunimelis from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, SM Jaunimelis's Justas Diliūnas got control of the ball when Alvydas Stonkus tried to sneak it across the goal line. 68 minutes into the game, Tomas Staškus cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Aldas Rinkevičius was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of SM Jaunimelis booed when BLACK BULL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miglius Jurkus didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Antanas Makelevičius came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the SM Jaunimelis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antanas Makelevičius couldn't finish the play. BLACK BULL's Aldas Rinkevičius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antanas Makelevičius in the 88th minute of play. Tomas Staškus's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aldas Rinkevičius read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Aldas Rinkevičius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antanas Makelevičius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antanas Makelevičius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aldas Rinkevičius having to interfere. SM Jaunimelis were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
