Leeds United's Valdemaras Jasudas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Leeds United from getting a goal against them. Vincentas Andziulis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdemaras Jasudas having to interfere. Leeds United's Valdemaras Jasudas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Leeds United from getting a goal against them. Alfonsas Brazauskas charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After 71 minutes of play Dapkiskiai's Renatas Rožėnas was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 72 played minutes Dapkiskiai got a freekick which was hit by Renatas Rožėnas. Leeds United's Valentas Daktaras was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 74th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. If Vygantas Kaupelis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th match minute, Dapkiskiai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmundas Mažutis to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Dapkiskiai's Rimvydas Jakaitis got control of the ball when Valentas Daktaras tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edmundas Mažutis kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. After 92 minutes, Irtautas Grėbliauskas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Leeds United and the Dapkiskiai players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vincentas Andziulis missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 95 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Valdemaras Jasudas right hand side.
