Spectators: 7671 (Terracing: 5754, Seating: 1764, VIP seats: 153) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Domas Rindzevičius took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd match minute, Tupiku was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karolis Mickus to maneuver through the defense. In the 5thth minute of the game Karolis Gerulskis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tupiku's Ignas Kardelis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 7 minutes into the match, Karolis Gerulskis notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Tupiku's Ignas Kardelis. Ignas Kardelis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. UNITED's Augustinas Dabulskis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save UNITED from getting a goal against them. Domas Rindzevičius's late challenge caught a UNITED's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Domas Rindzevičius helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, UNITED's Sigitas Jasiūnas got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 16th match minute, Tupiku was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domas Rindzevičius to maneuver through the defense. Karolis Gerulskis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ignas Kardelis having to make a save. Benjaminas Romanovas took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ignas Kardelis. Ignas Kardelis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 34th minute, Raimondas Odminas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The UNITED fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Tupiku's Ignas Kardelis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Liutauras Buivydas in the 43rd minute of play. Nedas Valionis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ignas Kardelis having to make a save. After 48 played minutes UNITED got a freekick which was hit by Irmantas Danauskas.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Karolis Gerulskis made a kick off. Nedas Valionis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ignas Kardelis having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karolis Gerulskis in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ignas Kardelis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Karolis Gerulskis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 66 played minutes UNITED got a freekick which was hit by Nedas Valionis. 1-3 became the score in the 70th minute when Zenonas Zutkis elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Augustinas Dabulskis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zenonas Zutkis in the 74th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, UNITED's Sigitas Jasiūnas got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 77th minute Karolis Gerulskis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignas Kardelis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benjaminas Romanovas was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 77th minute. UNITED's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The audience was convinced that Karolis Gerulskis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ignas Kardelis was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. The supporters of UNITED booed when Tupiku was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karolis Mickus didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Karolis Gerulskis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Tupiku fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. UNITED were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
