Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Girkantas Miliauskas took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tauras Stasaitis got free with Jonas Liubauskas in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 13 played minutes, Karaliunai's Albertas Lukošiunas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kipras Statkus came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Karaliunai reached it. In the 16th minute Eduardas Survila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kipras Statkus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eduardas Survila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Kipras Statkus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zenonas Pelėda hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Eduardas Survila's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kipras Statkus was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Dinaras Diečkus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Karaliunai's supporters rose to their feet, but Dinaras Diečkus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kipras Statkus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dinaras Diečkus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kipras Statkus having to interfere. When Dinaras Diečkus came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Karaliunai fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dinaras Diečkus couldn't finish the play. After 44 minutes, Vidmantas Bazaras mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kayrelyay and the Karaliunai players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 44 played minutes Kayrelyay got a freekick which was hit by Vidmantas Bazaras. If Dinaras Diečkus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eduardas Survila to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Tauras Stasaitis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonas Liubauskas. Karaliunai's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tauras Stasaitis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Tauras Stasaitis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kayrelyay's Girkantas Miliauskas got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dinaras Diečkus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Kayrelyay's Tauras Stasaitis in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Karaliunai's goalie prevented a goal. In the 64th minute Tauras Stasaitis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Liubauskas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonas Liubauskas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tauras Stasaitis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eduardas Survila recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kipras Statkus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardas Survila in the 86th minute of the match. After 93 minutes of play, Kayrelyay's Girkantas Miliauskas made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonas Liubauskas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kayrelyay were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Karaliunai for a fine match.
