Tauras Stasaitis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kipras Krepšta read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. After 17 played minutes Kayrelyay got a freekick which was hit by Zenonas Pelėda. FK Power3's Margiris Repšys couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 18th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Kayrelyay. Zigmantas Dilda kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. A collision led to Kayrelyay getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Ligitas Kelertas hit a great ball. Margiris Repšys was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 31 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the game, one of FK Power3:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 33rd minute there was a penalty for Kayrelyay. Hubertas Karalius stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Kipras Krepšta. 0-2. Kipras Krepšta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tauras Stasaitis in the 38th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, Tauras Stasaitis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kipras Krepšta. FK Power3's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tauras Stasaitis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Kipras Statkus made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Regimantas Maciulevičius sent off a good shot on target. After 45 played minutes Kayrelyay got a freekick which was hit by Zigmantas Dilda. A collision led to Kayrelyay getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Ligitas Kelertas hit a great ball. FK Power3's Jarūnas Raubickas couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 47th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Kayrelyay. The FK Power3 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Kayrelyay were winning 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Modestas Lunskis was the one to do the kick off. Kipras Krepšta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zigmantas Dilda in the 52nd minute. Kayrelyay's Vidmantas Bazaras got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ligitas Kelertas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kayrelyay's Zigmantas Dilda pulled a muscle in his leg after 58 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Skirmantas Blažys during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 58 played minutes FK Power3 got a freekick which was hit by Skirmantas Blažys. Beržas Bakštys kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FK Power3's Gražvydas Bajorūnas got a free kick in the 64th minute. FK Power3's Kipras Krepšta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save FK Power3 from getting a goal against them. Zenonas Pelėda hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Ligitas Kelertas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Kipras Krepšta made a huge save. Ligitas Kelertas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tauras Stasaitis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ligitas Kelertas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Kipras Krepšta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Skirmantas Blažys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of FK Power3 booed when Kayrelyay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zenonas Pelėda didn't get a good kick on the ball.
