Spectators: 7802 (Terracing: 5853, Seating: 1794, VIP seats: 155) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Remigijus Raubickas started the match with the kick off. A collision led to FBK Snipeliai getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Drąsutis Dabkevičius hit a great ball. Nerijus Barsys fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Margiris Morkus having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albertas Radavičius during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 7 played minutes FC Buk Slaptas got a freekick which was hit by Albertas Radavičius. Adolfas Vaičiulis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, FC Buk Slaptas's Albertas Radavičius got a free kick in the 11th minute. Margiris Morkus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nerijus Barsys, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Margiris Morkus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nerijus Barsys in the 16th minute of play. Margiris Morkus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remigijus Raubickas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the game, Airidas Tamulevičius was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FBK Snipeliai's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Buk Slaptas the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 19th minute of the game. One of FBK Snipeliai:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Buk Slaptas:s goal. Margiris Morkus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remigijus Raubickas in the 32nd minute of play. FBK Snipeliai's Adolfas Vaičiulis got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Remigijus Raubickas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in FBK Snipeliai's zone, Remigijus Raubickas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Margiris Morkus came out of the goal and Remigijus Raubickas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nerijus Barsys scored 0-2 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Margiris Morkus, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Ignas Rimeika showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfas Vaičiulis in the 52nd minute of the match. If Svajūnas Tamašauskas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Remigijus Raubickas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Margiris Morkus having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Remigijus Raubickas managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Buk Slaptas's supporters rose to their feet, but Remigijus Raubickas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Margiris Morkus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Remigijus Raubickas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Margiris Morkus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remigijus Raubickas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ignas Rimeika made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Svajūnas Tamašauskas in the 70th minute of play. Margiris Morkus came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Buk Slaptas's Nerijus Barsys. But to his dismay, Nerijus Barsys quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After a rather tough play, FBK Snipeliai's Drąsutis Dabkevičius got a free kick in the 80th minute. Adolfas Vaičiulis might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ignas Rimeika. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adolfas Vaičiulis ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FC Buk Slaptas eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
