Spectators: 7838 (Terracing: 5880, Seating: 1802, VIP seats: 156) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Skirmantas Barvainis started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Skirmantas Barvainis in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dainius Andužis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vėjas Neimantas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ziemowit Galaska having to interfere. After 6 minutes, Skirmantas Barvainis made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. FBK Orzhelov's Dainius Andužis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Dainius Andužis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dušan Ileš in the 9th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FBK Orzhelov's Almantas Jurgaitis got a free kick in the 14th minute. Dušan Ileš sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ziemowit Galaska stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vėjas Neimantas's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. In the 28th minute, Skirmantas Barvainis reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dainius Andužis. The goal made the score 2-0. Vėjas Neimantas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ziemowit Galaska stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vėjas Neimantas's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Dušan Ileš's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dainius Andužis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. 43 minutes into the game, Arūnas Miliauskas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FBK Orzhelov's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ManUnited LT the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dušan Ileš in the 44th minute of play forced FBK Orzhelov's goalkeeper Dainius Andužis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of ManUnited LT booed when FBK Orzhelov was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arūnas Miliauskas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute, Dušan Ileš hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

After a rather tough play, FBK Orzhelov's Aidas Domeika got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Vėjas Neimantas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 59thth minute, Ziemowit Galaska skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 60 minutes into the match, FBK Orzhelov's goal looked a bit too open when Remigiusz Majtyka came free, but Dainius Andužis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Irtautas Pipiras lost his temper 64 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 63rd minute, one of FBK Orzhelov:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FBK Orzhelov. Dušan Ileš shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. ManUnited LT's Ziemowit Galaska proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save ManUnited LT from getting a goal against them. In the 69th minute, Aloyzas Vaidžiulis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Skirmantas Barvainis in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dainius Andužis saved FBK Orzhelov from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Skirmantas Barvainis in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dainius Andužis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dainius Andužis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Skirmantas Barvainis, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. After 83 played minutes FBK Orzhelov got a freekick which was hit by Vėjas Neimantas. Skirmantas Barvainis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dainius Andužis having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Dušan Ileš managed to get in a good position for a shot. ManUnited LT's supporters rose to their feet, but Dušan Ileš was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dainius Andužis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. ManUnited LT's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
