Spectators: 7724 (Terracing: 5835, Seating: 1789, VIP seats: 100) Faustas Nekrašas made the kick off and thus started the match. Laimonas Velička showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faustas Nekrašas in the 4th minute of the match. Laimonas Velička came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Medeyki's Faustas Nekrašas. But to his dismay, Faustas Nekrašas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Laimonas Velička took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evaldas Dalinkevičius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 12 minutes into the game, Adomas Dulevičius was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Medeyki's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FBK MadeGo the free kick. In the 13th match minute, Medeyki was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adomas Dulevičius to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Eidvilas Kaniava in the 14th minute really tested Rokas Bačkys's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 14th minute, Henrikas Vizbaras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rokas Bačkys made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Regimantas Bagačiūnas in the 16th minute of play. In the 17th minute Regimantas Bagačiūnas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rokas Bačkys saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22ndth minute of the game Faustas Nekrašas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FBK MadeGo's Laimonas Velička was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 30th minute, Evaldas Dalinkevičius made a precise shot to the right of Laimonas Velička. FBK MadeGo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Regimantas Bagačiūnas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Evaldas Dalinkevičius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laimonas Velička having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Medeyki's Rokas Bačkys played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alius Mockus in the 52nd minute of play. FBK MadeGo's Regimantas Bagačiūnas got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alius Mockus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rokas Bačkys having to interfere. FBK MadeGo's Laimonas Velička played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faustas Nekrašas in the 72nd minute of play. After 74 minutes FBK MadeGo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Artūras Maciulevičius who took care of the corner kick. Medeyki's Artūras Maciulevičius was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Laimonas Velička in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Medeyki's Faustas Nekrašas in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FBK MadeGo's goalie prevented a goal. 79 minutes into the match, Medeyki's goal looked a bit too open when Regimantas Bagačiūnas came free, but Rokas Bačkys reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Regimantas Bagačiūnas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rokas Bačkys having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Medeyki eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
