In the 7thth minute of the game Tomas Vasiliauskas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FK Shrotas's Bronius Jakaitis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Dominykas Prielgauskas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kipras Inčiūra was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Geguzine's Vydas Sargūnas got a free kick in the 30th minute. If Dominykas Garnys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kristupas Kedušis's late challenge caught a Geguzine's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kristupas Kedušis helped the player get up and apologised. After 34 played minutes FK Shrotas got a freekick which was hit by Kristupas Kedušis. Liudas Daunoras took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bronius Jakaitis. Bronius Jakaitis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stasys Tulčius during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 43rd minute Dominykas Prielgauskas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kipras Inčiūra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But to his dismay, Liudas Daunoras quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dominykas Prielgauskas made a kick off. FK Shrotas's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Stasys Tulčius 53 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Geguzine's goalkeeper Kipras Inčiūra, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kipras Inčiūra didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dominykas Garnys went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Through an outstanding action, after 64 minutes, Bronius Jakaitis successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Bronius Jakaitis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Liudas Daunoras in the 71st minute. Liudas Daunoras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bronius Jakaitis having to interfere. Tomas Vasiliauskas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
