Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arvydas Vaineikis started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Arvydas Vaineikis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yatskogoli FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arvydas Vaineikis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vidmantas Azukas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 8th minute, Margiris Balkaitis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arvydas Vaineikis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vidmantas Azukas having to interfere. In the 11th minute, Margiris Balkaitis fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Vidmantas Azukas, passed just outside the right post. Henrikas Visokavicius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentas Paplauskas having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Palankiai's goal looked a bit too open when Arvydas Vaineikis came free, but Vidmantas Azukas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute, Domas Baliutis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vidmantas Azukas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arvydas Vaineikis, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Palankiai's Vidmantas Azukas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vykintas Banys in the 40th minute of play. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Palankiai's goalkeeper Vidmantas Azukas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Yatskogoli FC's Arvydas Vaineikis got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 48 minutes into the game, Margiris Balkaitis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yatskogoli FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palankiai the free kick. After a rather tough play, Yatskogoli FC's Margiris Balkaitis got a free kick in the 48th minute.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jeronimas Stauce stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arvydas Vaineikis in the 53rd minute of play forced Palankiai's goalkeeper Vidmantas Azukas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Margiris Balkaitis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Arvydas Vaineikis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Domas Baliutis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vidmantas Azukas having to interfere. 64 minutes into the game, Yatskogoli FC's Arvydas Vaineikis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vidmantas Azukas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Henrikas Visokavicius recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arvydas Vaineikis in the 73rd minute of play forced Palankiai's goalkeeper Vidmantas Azukas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 76 minutes of play, Yatskogoli FC's Valentas Norvilas made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vidmantas Azukas was left in no man's land by his defense there! 86 minutes into the match, Palankiai's goal looked a bit too open when Arvydas Vaineikis came free, but Vidmantas Azukas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henrikas Visokavicius hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Yatskogoli FC's Valentas Paplauskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeronimas Stauce in the 92nd minute of play.
