Naglis Dulevičius struck a weak shot in the 2nd minute. Juozas Urbonavičius didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vyspiniu FC. After 3 minutes, Klemensas Čizauskas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FK Verdeny and the Vyspiniu FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. FK Verdeny's Juozas Urbonavičius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Naglis Dulevičius in the 6th minute of play. Juozas Urbonavičius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Naglis Dulevičius, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Naglis Dulevičius recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Žydrūnas Gasparas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juozas Urbonavičius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Naglis Dulevičius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in FK Verdeny's zone, Dinaras Bublys stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juozas Urbonavičius came out of the goal and Dinaras Bublys tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 19th minute, Naglis Dulevičius ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juozas Urbonavičius was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Naglis Dulevičius put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Juozas Urbonavičius. Algimantas Damkus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonsas Domža, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Naglis Dulevičius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Juozas Urbonavičius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Naglis Dulevičius went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Žydrūnas Gasparas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Juozas Urbonavičius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alfonsas Domža made a kick off. Vyspiniu FC's Naglis Dulevičius was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 53rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Naglis Dulevičius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juozas Urbonavičius having to interfere. After 58 played minutes Vaidas Mankus rounded FK Verdeny's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-7. After 62 played minutes Vyspiniu FC got a freekick which was hit by Žygimantas Kučinskas. Naglis Dulevičius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Žydrūnas Gasparas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hubertas Kaveckas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Juozas Urbonavičius having to make a save. Juozas Urbonavičius came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Vyspiniu FC's Žygimantas Kučinskas. But to his dismay, Žygimantas Kučinskas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. 77 minutes into the match, FK Verdeny's goal looked a bit too open when Naglis Dulevičius came free, but Juozas Urbonavičius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Naglis Dulevičius took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Juozas Urbonavičius. Juozas Urbonavičius dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-10. In the 83rd minute, Dinaras Bublys fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 85 minutes into the match, FK Verdeny's goal looked a bit too open when Naglis Dulevičius came free, but Juozas Urbonavičius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 85 played minutes FK Verdeny got a freekick which was hit by Vėjas Kožukauskas. Naglis Dulevičius succeeded in the game's 94th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-12. The FK Verdeny fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Vyspiniu FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
