Wasteland Rebels's supporters rose to their feet, but Aras Jasilionis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Simonas Kukštas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ovidijus Damušis during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 17th minute, Ovidijus Damušis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th match minute, FBK Zelsva was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rūtenis Danilaitis to maneuver through the defense. After 29 minutes, Rūtenis Karaliūnas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wasteland Rebels and the FBK Zelsva players grew even worse after the yellow card. The crowd rose to their feet as FBK Zelsva's Dobilas Jaunius slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Almantas Vitkauskas. That made the score 2-0 after 31 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aras Jasilionis in the 39th minute of play forced FBK Zelsva's goalkeeper Simonas Kukštas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 43 minutes, Aras Jasilionis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wasteland Rebels's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aras Jasilionis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Darijus Samuolis during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Darijus Samuolis kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dobilas Jaunius to make the kick off. Wasteland Rebels's Almantas Vitkauskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulius Stanevičius in the 53rd minute of play. When Aras Jasilionis came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Wasteland Rebels fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aras Jasilionis couldn't finish the play. After 65 minutes of play FBK Zelsva's Ovidijus Damušis was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Ovidijus Damušis kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aras Jasilionis got free with Simonas Kukštas in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 78 minutes into the game, Darijus Samuolis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Almantas Vitkauskas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. FBK Zelsva's Darijus Samuolis got his second yellow card of the match in the 87th minute. The referee ordered Darijus Samuolis off the ground. A collision led to FBK Zelsva getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Darijus Samuolis hit a great ball. In the 92nd match minute, Wasteland Rebels was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnoldas Andužis to maneuver through the defense. Irmantas Bartkus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Wasteland Rebels players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FBK Zelsva.
