Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Stasys Bielskis got the match started through his kick off. When Eidvilas Zelmikas fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bagenai's protests and gave Eidvilas Zelmikas a yellow card for diving instead. 7 minutes into the game, Stasys Bielskis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Astijus Repeika was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jokūbas Butnorius charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jokūbas Butnorius the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Bagenai booed when Vaivoriai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jokūbas Butnorius didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benjaminas Arelis got free with Ovidijus Žiogas in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Astijus Repeika made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stasys Bielskis in the 16th minute of play. After 16 minutes, Vygantas Aleliūnas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vaivoriai and the Bagenai players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 17th minute, Vygantas Aleliūnas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benjaminas Arelis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Ovidijus Žiogas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Stasys Ragaišis made a precise shot to the right of Ovidijus Žiogas. Vaivoriai's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 25th minute, Stasys Ragaišis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jokūbas Butnorius got his second yellow card in the match during the 27th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Vaivoriai's Jokūbas Butnorius got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 29th minute, Bagenai's Stasys Ragaišis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. 32 minutes into the game, Stasys Ragaišis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ovidijus Žiogas. Stasys Ragaišis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. In the 35th minute, Orestas Naudužas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Vaivoriai's Ovidijus Žiogas got control of the ball when Orestas Naudužas tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 41st minute of the match, Stasys Ragaišis got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ovidijus Žiogas was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Orestas Naudužas to make the kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Almantas Mileikis in the 51st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Vaivoriai's Vygandas Čižas. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remigijus Palšis in the 52nd minute of play forced Bagenai's goalkeeper Astijus Repeika to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ovidijus Žiogas came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Bagenai's Stasys Ragaišis. But to his dismay, Stasys Ragaišis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. When Algitas Jakniūnas fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vaivoriai's protests and gave Algitas Jakniūnas a yellow card for diving instead. After 56 played minutes Vaivoriai got a freekick which was hit by Algitas Jakniūnas. Stasys Bielskis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astijus Repeika having to interfere. Remigijus Palšis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Astijus Repeika tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Remigijus Palšis in the 65th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Astijus Repeika kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 5-2 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Ričardas Liubinskas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ovidijus Žiogas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. A collision led to Vaivoriai getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Algitas Jakniūnas hit a great ball. 72 minutes into the match, Bagenai's Orestas Naudužas broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Orestas Naudužas in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ovidijus Žiogas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Stasys Ragaišis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Ovidijus Žiogas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Vaivoriai getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Stasys Bielskis hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute Stasys Ragaišis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidijus Žiogas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ovidijus Žiogas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stasys Ragaišis, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Remigijus Palšis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Bagenai players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
