Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vaclovas Žemaitis started the match with the kick off. Orestas Naudužas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of Feliksas Avelis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Rapolas Abukauskas took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Astijus Repeika. Astijus Repeika dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Stasys Ragaišis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bagenai's supporters rose to their feet, but Stasys Ragaišis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Feliksas Avelis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Feliksas Avelis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stasys Ragaišis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute, FC Skirlenai's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Orestas Naudužas fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Stasys Ragaišis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Orestas Naudužas in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Feliksas Avelis, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 38th match minute, FC Skirlenai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Svajūnas Aliukonis to maneuver through the defense. Rapolas Abukauskas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 42 minutes of play, Bagenai's Orestas Naudužas made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Feliksas Avelis was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in FC Skirlenai's zone, Stasys Ragaišis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Feliksas Avelis came out of the goal and Stasys Ragaišis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Orestas Naudužas made a kick off. Feliksas Avelis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orestas Naudužas in the 52nd minute of play. Stasys Ragaišis scored 3-1 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Feliksas Avelis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Feliksas Avelis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stasys Ragaišis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rapolas Abukauskas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Astijus Repeika made a huge save. In the 72nd minute, Orestas Naudužas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 75 minutes into the match, FC Skirlenai's goal looked a bit too open when Orestas Naudužas came free, but Feliksas Avelis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Orestas Naudužas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Skirlenai's Feliksas Avelis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orestas Naudužas in the 84th minute of play. Giedrius Nemunis kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 89th minute of the match Orestas Naudužas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Feliksas Avelis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ričardas Liubinskas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Orestas Naudužas took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Feliksas Avelis. Feliksas Avelis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. There was no doubt that Bagenai were the better team. Bagenai's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
