Spectators: 8493 (Terracing: 6371, Seating: 1953, VIP seats: 169) Daugirdas Burneika's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 10thth minute, Astijus Repeika skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Svajūnas Petronis in the 14thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Astijus Repeika, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Astijus Repeika stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daugirdas Burneika's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Svajūnas Petronis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, Royal Club Siauliai's Astijus Repeika threw himself towards the right post 23 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Daugirdas Burneika, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 24 minutes, Benjaminas Arelis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bagenai and the Royal Club Siauliai players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Bagenai getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Benjaminas Arelis hit a great ball. The supporters of Bagenai booed when Royal Club Siauliai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vismantas Minkevičius didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 35 minutes of play, Royal Club Siauliai's Svajūnas Petronis made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Astijus Repeika was left in no man's land by his defense there! Royal Club Siauliai's Dangiras Labuckas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stasys Ragaišis in the 38th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Orestas Naudužas to make the kick off. After having played for 59 minutes, Svajūnas Petronis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Royal Club Siauliai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Svajūnas Petronis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Almantas Mileikis charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Almantas Mileikis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Bagenai getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Almantas Mileikis hit a great ball. Bagenai's Stasys Ragaišis got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 67thth minute of the game Daugirdas Burneika who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bagenai's Astijus Repeika was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Orestas Naudužas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute Daugirdas Burneika shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astijus Repeika saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute, Benjaminas Arelis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Orestas Naudužas took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dangiras Labuckas. Dangiras Labuckas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. When the referee ended the match the Royal Club Siauliai players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
