An unexpectedly hard shot by Azmi Latif in the 13th minute of play forced Vaivoriai's goalkeeper Ovidijus Žiogas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Vaivoriai's goal looked a bit too open when Azmi Latif came free, but Ovidijus Žiogas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vygandas Račys made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remigijus Palšis in the 15th minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Remigijus Palšis made a kick off. Azmi Latif recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vygandas Račys showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remigijus Palšis, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. When the match clock showed 58 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Martynas Liubauskas sped through Vaivoriai's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ovidijus Žiogas. After having played for 69 minutes, Remigijus Palšis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vaivoriai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Remigijus Palšis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vygandas Račys made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remigijus Palšis in the 72nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Azmi Latif got free with Ovidijus Žiogas in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 79th minute, Remigijus Palšis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 83rd match minute, Vaivoriai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jokūbas Andriuška to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th minute Motiejus Jančiulis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidijus Žiogas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Vaivoriai's Ovidijus Žiogas got control of the ball when Martynas Liubauskas tried to sneak it across the goal line. FK Šeškai's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
