Vaidas Borgaila scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marius Avelis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 6th minute Daumantas Širvys shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marius Avelis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 7 minutes, Daumantas Širvys managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Regbistai Siauliai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daumantas Širvys was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ovidijus Nenortas kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Draustukas's Marius Avelis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vaidas Borgaila in the 16th minute of play. 17 minutes into the game, FC Regbistai Siauliai's Vaidas Borgaila nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marius Avelis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. If Vaidas Borgaila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute, Domas Cicėnas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Algirdas Vilimavičius hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Chu Yan Kun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vaidotas Bagavičius in the 32nd minute of the match. 38 minutes into the game, FC Regbistai Siauliai's Daumantas Širvys nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marius Avelis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Daumantas Širvys struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Marius Avelis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Regbistai Siauliai. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Vaidas Borgaila managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Regbistai Siauliai's supporters rose to their feet, but Vaidas Borgaila was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marius Avelis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Draustukas players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Regbistai Siauliai were winning 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daumantas Širvys to strike the kick off in the second half. Marius Avelis was a little too slow when Vaidas Borgaila got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 50th minute. The score was now 0-4. If Daumantas Širvys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute, Ovidijus Nenortas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vaidas Borgaila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd minute, Algirdas Vilimavičius made a precise shot to the right of Chu Yan Kun. FC Regbistai Siauliai's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Daumantas Širvys could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Marius Avelis made a huge save. Domas Cicėnas kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Kristijonas Grėbliauskas hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Marius Avelis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vaidas Borgaila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daumantas Širvys sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Draustukas's Audrius Ganusauskas got a free kick in the 84th minute. Klemensas Pelėda charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Klemensas Pelėda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 85 minutes into the game, one of Draustukas:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Giedrius Aponavičius placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Draustukas's goalkeeper Marius Avelis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Draustukas's zone, Vaidas Borgaila stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marius Avelis came out of the goal and Vaidas Borgaila tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vaidas Borgaila in the 91st minute of play forced Draustukas's goalkeeper Marius Avelis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chu Yan Kun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Audrius Ganusauskas, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The corner ended in Leonas Lozoraitis almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Regbistai Siauliai's Chu Yan Kun did a great save. The supporters of Draustukas booed when FC Regbistai Siauliai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domas Cicėnas didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Draustukas fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Regbistai Siauliai were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
