Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Irtautas Navardauskas started the match with the kick off. Lomeikiskiai's Sikstas Būlis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Darijus Jasilionis in the 4th minute of play. In the 5th minute Irtautas Navardauskas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sikstas Būlis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th minute, Agnius Gerulskis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arūnas Riškus was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. When Zyple's Irtautas Navardauskas in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lomeikiskiai's goalie prevented a goal. Sikstas Būlis came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Zyple's Irtautas Navardauskas. But to his dismay, Irtautas Navardauskas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The audience was convinced that Zigmantas Turauskas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sikstas Būlis was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. After 34th play minutes Irtautas Navardauskas shot 2-3, a short shot which went by Sikstas Būlis and just under the crossbar into goal. Agnius Gerulskis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Irtautas Navardauskas charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Irtautas Navardauskas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 39 played minutes Zyple got a freekick which was hit by Irtautas Navardauskas. Aras Gedrimas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 41stth minute, Arūnas Riškus skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 45 minutes into the game, Žygimantas Juozapavičius was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zyple's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lomeikiskiai the free kick. In the 45th match minute, Zyple was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Žygimantas Juozapavičius to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Agnius Gerulskis made a kick off. Agnius Gerulskis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Zyple booed when Lomeikiskiai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfonsas Pipiras didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 59 minutes, Aras Gedrimas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lomeikiskiai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aras Gedrimas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 60 minutes into the game, Lomeikiskiai's Agnius Gerulskis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arūnas Riškus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. Agnius Gerulskis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Agnius Gerulskis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Arūnas Riškus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 72 minutes into the game, Zyple's Darijus Jasilionis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sikstas Būlis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Darijus Jasilionis in the 77th minute of play forced Lomeikiskiai's goalkeeper Sikstas Būlis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Irtautas Navardauskas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Sikstas Būlis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Agnius Gerulskis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arūnas Riškus was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-4. In the 91st minute of the match, Zigmantas Turauskas tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sikstas Būlis saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Sikstas Būlis made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Irtautas Navardauskas sent off a good shot on target. Juozapas Bieliauskas charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Juozapas Bieliauskas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The Zyple supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Zyple would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
