Spectators: 8492 (Terracing: 6370, Seating: 1953, VIP seats: 169) FK Peckeliai's Augustas Janulaitis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Through an outstanding action, after 4 minutes, Zenonas Savickas successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Daumantas Širvys received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Zenonas Savickas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11th match minute, FK Peckeliai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldas Vyšniauskas to maneuver through the defense. After 20 played minutes FC Regbistai Siauliai got a freekick which was hit by Vladas Bekeris. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daumantas Širvys got free with Zenonas Savickas in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 27th match minute, FK Peckeliai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vakaris Bakšys to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute Vaidas Borgaila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zenonas Savickas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FK Peckeliai's defense didn't have a chance, in the 29th minute, when Raimondas Paškauskas scored to the left of an out of position Zenonas Savickas, making the score, 2-0. If Daumantas Širvys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute Raimondas Paškauskas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zenonas Savickas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, FK Peckeliai's Zenonas Savickas got control of the ball when Daumantas Širvys tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zenonas Savickas made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Daumantas Širvys sent off a good shot on target. Vaidas Borgaila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Zenonas Savickas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daumantas Širvys fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zenonas Savickas having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daumantas Širvys made a kick off. If Daumantas Širvys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Bernardas Buinevičius fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Regbistai Siauliai's protests and gave Bernardas Buinevičius a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FK Peckeliai getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Arminas Paškūnas hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giedrius Aponavičius in the 67th minute of play forced FK Peckeliai's goalkeeper Zenonas Savickas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zenonas Savickas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vaidas Borgaila in the 68th minute of play. FK Peckeliai's Zenonas Savickas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daumantas Širvys in the 72nd minute of play. Augustas Janulaitis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Chu Yan Kun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, FC Regbistai Siauliai's goal looked a bit too open when Drąsutis Danaitis came free, but Chu Yan Kun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Vaidas Borgaila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Zenonas Savickas came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Regbistai Siauliai's Vaidas Borgaila. But to his dismay, Vaidas Borgaila quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 89th minute Daumantas Širvys shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zenonas Savickas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Regbistai Siauliai had played much better football throughout.
