Spectators: 6936 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1936, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rapolas Lemežis kicked off to start the match. Valdas Kristolaitis charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valdas Kristolaitis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 11 played minutes Kyarvyasyay got a freekick which was hit by Valdas Kristolaitis. Simas Kuzminskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rapolas Lemežis in the 12th minute of play. In the 14th match minute, Kyarvyasyay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petras Cesnauskis to maneuver through the defense. The referee felt a red card was in order, 16 minutes into the game, when Dzidorius Saulenas put in a rough tackle. After 15 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Kyarvyasyay! Stanislovas Marcinkus shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Rapolas Lemežis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simas Kuzminskas having to interfere. The supporters of FC BE1 SC booed when Kyarvyasyay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albinas Kotas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Albinas Kotas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC BE1 SC's Rapolas Lemežis got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The wind increased when Rimvydas Kadaras made the kick off in the second half. Kyarvyasyay's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Rapolas Lemežis scored to the left of an out of position Simas Kuzminskas , making the score, 0-2. In the 66th minute Rimvydas Kadaras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaunius Buožius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jaunius Buožius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rimvydas Kadaras in the 75th minute of play. Rimvydas Kadaras recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dionizas Sugzda missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 98 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Jaunius Buožius right hand side.
