When Kulniskiu's Dinaras Gintila in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Apelsin's goalie prevented a goal. Rytis Krasauskas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Merūnas Bazaras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Merūnas Bazaras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dinaras Gintila in the 14th minute of play. Orestas Kubilas charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Orestas Kubilas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 15 played minutes FC Apelsin got a freekick which was hit by Orestas Kubilas. After a rather tough play, Kulniskiu's Aldas Aliukonis got a free kick in the 16th minute. Laimonas Dauparas's late challenge caught a FC Apelsin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Laimonas Dauparas helped the player get up and apologised. After 22 played minutes Kulniskiu got a freekick which was hit by Laimonas Dauparas. Rytis Krasauskas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Merūnas Bazaras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, FC Apelsin's goal looked a bit too open when Rytis Krasauskas came free, but Merūnas Bazaras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Danas Beniušis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Apelsin's Merūnas Bazaras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rytis Krasauskas in the 35th minute of play. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Rytis Krasauskas sped through FC Apelsin's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Merūnas Bazaras. 45 minutes into the match, FC Apelsin's goal looked a bit too open when Dinaras Gintila came free, but Merūnas Bazaras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rytis Krasauskas to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Rytis Krasauskas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kulniskiu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. After 61 played minutes Kulniskiu got a freekick which was hit by Laimonas Dauparas. Merūnas Bazaras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rytis Krasauskas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rytis Krasauskas in the 69th minute of play forced FC Apelsin's goalkeeper Merūnas Bazaras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute, Aldas Aliukonis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 0-5 became the score in the 75th minute when Rytis Krasauskas elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Merūnas Bazaras was out of position in the 78 minute of play, and Rytis Krasauskas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rytis Krasauskas really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. In the 83rd minute, Kulniskiu's Rytis Krasauskas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. Aldas Aliukoniss short, quick shot in the 90thth minute got Merūnas Bazaras to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Merūnas Bazaras was out of position in the 92 minute of play, and Dinaras Gintila capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dinaras Gintila really showed his touch with that goal: 0-9. Merūnas Bazaras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rytis Krasauskas in the 96th minute of play. During the 98th minute of the match Laimonas Dauparas completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Laimonas Dauparas a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Laimonas Dauparas kicked well hit freekick during the 99th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Kulniskiu left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Apelsin.
