Spectators: 9162 (Terracing: 6873, Seating: 2107, VIP seats: 182) Champions of Lithuania's Domas Jasas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, Champions of Lithuania's Gabrielius Ambrozaitis got control of the ball when Tomas Tolvaiša tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vladas Martinaitis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladas Abadauskas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th minute, Tomas Tolvaiša ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gabrielius Ambrozaitis was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 14 minutes into the match, Champions of Lithuania's goalkeeper Gabrielius Ambrozaitis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Tolvaiša. 16 minutes into the match, Champions of Lithuania's goal looked a bit too open when Šarūnas Kybartas came free, but Gabrielius Ambrozaitis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rokas Pranys in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gabrielius Ambrozaitis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dinaras Navakas took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vladas Martinaitis. Vladas Martinaitis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Alatz Fresnos hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Tomas Tolvaiša scored 2-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gabrielius Ambrozaitis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tomas Tolvaiša's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 34thth minute, Gabrielius Ambrozaitis skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Hubertas Tamutis kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 39 minutes, Gabrielius Ambrozaitis successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Tomas Tolvaiša sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomas Tolvaiša fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabrielius Ambrozaitis having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

In the 53rd minute of the match FK Alytis got a corner. Champions of Lithuania's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alatz Fresnos ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led FK Alytis's Alatz Fresnos to fire away a dangerous shot which Gabrielius Ambrozaitis despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Gabrielius Ambrozaitis came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by FK Alytis's Tomas Tolvaiša. But to his dismay, Tomas Tolvaiša quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. A collision led to Champions of Lithuania getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Žilvinas Bielskis hit a great ball. Tomas Tolvaiša took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gabrielius Ambrozaitis. Gabrielius Ambrozaitis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. In the 66th minute, Rokas Pranys got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Šarūnas Kybartas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vladas Martinaitis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dinaras Navakas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Champions of Lithuania's zone, Rokas Pranys stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gabrielius Ambrozaitis came out of the goal and Rokas Pranys tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tomas Tolvaiša struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Gabrielius Ambrozaitis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FK Alytis. Gabrielius Ambrozaitis came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by FK Alytis's Tomas Tolvaiša. But to his dismay, Tomas Tolvaiša quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Gabrielius Ambrozaitis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Tolvaiša, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Vladas Martinaitis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ernestas Grapskis in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute, Rokas Pranys ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gabrielius Ambrozaitis was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1.
