Spectators: 9212 (Terracing: 6911, Seating: 2118, VIP seats: 183) In the 3rd minute, FC KOMETA's Hubertas Kaščiukaitis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Gabrielius Ambrozaitis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rimvydas Griškevičius's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. After 10 minutes, Rimvydas Griškevičius made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Champions of Lithuania's Gabrielius Ambrozaitis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Gabrielius Ambrozaitis came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by FC KOMETA's Valdas Ginaitis. But to his dismay, Valdas Ginaitis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Gabrielius Ambrozaitis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rimvydas Griškevičius's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. In the 21st minute, Remigijus Danasas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22nd minute of the match Rytis Delkus sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gwidon Majerowicz skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rimvydas Griškevičius in the 23rd minute of play forced Champions of Lithuania's goalkeeper Gabrielius Ambrozaitis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Remigijus Danasas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rimvydas Griškevičius got free with Gabrielius Ambrozaitis in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rimvydas Griškevičius recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dinaras Navakas during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dinaras Navakas hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. 33 minutes into the game, Rimvydas Griškevičius cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Gabrielius Ambrozaitis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gabrielius Ambrozaitis was out of position in the 37 minute of play, and Rimvydas Griškevičius capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rimvydas Griškevičius really showed his touch with that goal: 5-0. 40 minutes into the match, Champions of Lithuania's goal looked a bit too open when Rimvydas Griškevičius came free, but Gabrielius Ambrozaitis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Deimantas Valys kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Eliseo Aznaro took a quick shot and it went in 6-0 without a chance for Gabrielius Ambrozaitis to make any attempt to save it.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Domas Jasas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rimvydas Griškevičius in the 55th minute of play forced Champions of Lithuania's goalkeeper Gabrielius Ambrozaitis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Champions of Lithuania's Gabrielius Ambrozaitis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haroldas Dauskurdas in the 56th minute of play. Deimantas Valys fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabrielius Ambrozaitis having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Rimvydas Griškevičius got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Remigijus Danasas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gabrielius Ambrozaitis having to make a save. Rimvydas Griškevičius took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gabrielius Ambrozaitis. Gabrielius Ambrozaitis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. In the 78th minute Rimvydas Griškevičius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabrielius Ambrozaitis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rimvydas Griškevičius took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gabrielius Ambrozaitis. Gabrielius Ambrozaitis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. FC KOMETA's Žygimantas Laivys was substituted for Remigijus Danasas. 95 minutes into the match, Champions of Lithuania's goal looked a bit too open when Rimvydas Griškevičius came free, but Gabrielius Ambrozaitis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the FC KOMETA players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
