Tadas Lapukas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kastytis Ruzgys during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FC LORD-Racing booed when Didžiasalis Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rupertas Žiogas didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to FC LORD-Racing getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Jaunius Ginevičius hit a great ball. Žydrūnas Narauskas didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 25th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Ugnius Bitė managed to get in a good position for a shot. Didžiasalis Utd's supporters rose to their feet, but Ugnius Bitė was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Žydrūnas Narauskas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 32 minutes into the match, Didžiasalis Utd's Ugnius Bitė sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Žydrūnas Narauskas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Didžiasalis Utd were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after FC LORD-Racing's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kajus Kiškunas took the corner. If Ugnius Bitė had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 41 minutes into the match, FC LORD-Racing's goal looked a bit too open when Robertas Pelėda came free, but Žydrūnas Narauskas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robertas Pelėda to make the kick off. Žydrūnas Narauskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ugnius Bitė in the 52nd minute of play. If Tadas Lapukas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 55th minute, Ugnius Bitė ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Žydrūnas Narauskas was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 60th minute Robertas Pelėda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Žydrūnas Narauskas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Didžiasalis Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Algitas Masiulis came free, but Iustinian Ceaușescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robertas Pelėda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jaunius Ginevičius hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute of the match Kajus Kiškunas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Žydrūnas Narauskas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robertas Pelėda in the 73rd minute of play forced FC LORD-Racing's goalkeeper Žydrūnas Narauskas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, FC LORD-Racing's Saulius Druseika got a free kick in the 79th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Robertas Pelėda had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Žydrūnas Narauskas. FC LORD-Racing's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Robertas Pelėda was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. FC LORD-Racing's Žydrūnas Narauskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadas Lapukas in the 85th minute of play. After 87 minutes, Robertas Pelėda made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC LORD-Racing's Žydrūnas Narauskas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 91 minutes into the game, Robertas Pelėda cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Žydrūnas Narauskas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Didžiasalis Utd's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
