Jokūbas Degutis hit a great ball. Oxel Crespo came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Tosca's Adil Oğuzhan. But to his dismay, Adil Oğuzhan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Bernd Beike sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Egidijus Dičius was a little too slow when Bernd Beike got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 1-1. Adil Oğuzhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vaclovas Lemežis kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FC Klaipeda United's Nils Smed got a free kick in the 31st minute. 32 minutes into the match, FC Klaipeda United's goal looked a bit too open when Adil Oğuzhan came free, but Oxel Crespo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernd Beike struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Egidijus Dičius didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Klaipeda United. Egidijus Dičius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabrielius Mašalas in the 35th minute of play. Mantas Malinauskas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Egidijus Dičius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Gabrielius Mašalas came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the FC Klaipeda United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gabrielius Mašalas couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabrielius Mašalas in the 45th minute of play forced FC Tosca's goalkeeper Egidijus Dičius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oxel Crespo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reinaldo de Sousa, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. In the 47th minute, Bernd Beike hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gabrielius Mašalas to strike the kick off in the second half. FC Tosca's Egidijus Dičius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabrielius Mašalas in the 52nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernd Beike in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Egidijus Dičius saved FC Tosca from getting behind. After 55 minutes FC Tosca's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Andrius Mykolaitis who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Andrius Mykolaitis got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Egidijus Dičius quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Egidijus Dičius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabrielius Mašalas, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After some careless play in the FC Tosca defense, Bernd Beike kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Egidijus Dičius. The FC Tosca fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Egidijus Dičius should have stopped the shot. Egidijus Dičius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mantas Malinauskas, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 66th minute Ramūnas Klimas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egidijus Dičius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mantas Malinauskas's late challenge caught a FC Tosca's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mantas Malinauskas helped the player get up and apologised. Mantas Malinauskas kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Mantas Malinauskas might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Egidijus Dičius. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mantas Malinauskas ran back to his position shaking his head. Bernd Beike fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egidijus Dičius having to interfere. In the 74th minute, Ramūnas Klimas made a precise shot to the right of Egidijus Dičius. FC Tosca's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. 77 minutes into the game, Aurelijus Banevičius cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Egidijus Dičius was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 80 minutes into the game, Gabrielius Mašalas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Egidijus Dičius was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 98 minutes into the match, FC Klaipeda United's goalkeeper Oxel Crespo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adil Oğuzhan. FC Klaipeda United's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
