The Kandys fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when Kandys's Redas Elijošius looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Petras Janauskas in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Egidijus Dičius saved FC Tosca from getting behind. Egidijus Dičius came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Kandys's Petras Janauskas. But to his dismay, Petras Janauskas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Egidijus Dičius made an important save on a dangerous shot by Petras Janauskas in the 94th minute.
