An unexpectedly hard shot by Hermínio Alves in the 37th minute of play forced Savage Hippo's goalkeeper Bengt-Arne Askstedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kim Lekberg in the 86th minute of play forced FC Pegasas Siauliai's goalkeeper Pavel Romanescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kim Lekberg in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pavel Romanescu saved FC Pegasas Siauliai from getting behind. Saulius Pilipavičius hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. After 91 played minutes Savage Hippo got a freekick which was hit by Eddie Bjurström. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Savage Hippo had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
