Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Qasim Talab started the match with the kick off. Abdul Jabbar Abdul Qadir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Bashar Bakri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Qasim Talab fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rayleigh's protests and gave Qasim Talab a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Rayleigh's Qasim Talab got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rayleigh's goalkeeper Bashar Bakri, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bashar Bakri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abdul Jabbar Abdul Qadir's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Rayleigh's Bashar Bakri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Riad Budail in the 24th minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 24th minute of the game. One of Yateley City:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Rayleigh:s goal. Dani Hilmi placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! If Riad Budail had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abdul Jabbar Abdul Qadir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Rayleigh's Zafir Umayyah got a free kick in the 40th minute. Riad Budail fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bashar Bakri having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Abdul Jabbar Abdul Qadir managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yateley City's supporters rose to their feet, but Abdul Jabbar Abdul Qadir was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bashar Bakri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half Yateley City were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abdul Jabbar Abdul Qadir made a kick off. After 51 minutes, Riad Budail made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Rayleigh's Bashar Bakri tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 54 minutes into the match, Rayleigh's goalkeeper Bashar Bakri had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abdul Jabbar Abdul Qadir. When Zafir Umayyah was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 58 minutes had been played. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 58th minute of the game. One of Rayleigh:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Yateley City:s goal. Bashar Bakri had in the 60thth minute some difficulties stopping Khaled Sajid's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Khaled Sajid scored 0-3 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bashar Bakri, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Rayleigh's Bashar Bakri got control of the ball when Riad Budail tried to sneak it across the goal line. Yateley City's Rafe Jabbar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ziyad Omar in the 66th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ziyad Omar in the 69th minute of play forced Yateley City's goalkeeper Rafe Jabbar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute Ziyad Omar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafe Jabbar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bashar Bakri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abdul Jabbar Abdul Qadir in the 76th minute. After 77 minutes, Fadi Miyaz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yateley City and the Rayleigh players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 77th match minute, Yateley City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fadi Miyaz to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute, Yateley City's Riad Budail ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bashar Bakri. Bashar Bakri yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. Riad Budail recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Rayleigh's Dani Hilmi got a free kick in the 91st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Riad Budail in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bashar Bakri saved Rayleigh from getting behind. Yateley City's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
