After 8 played minutes Rayleigh got a freekick which was hit by Zahid Muwaffaq. 10 minutes into the game, Abbas Mamdouh recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bashar Bakri. Abbas Mamdouh showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The audience was convinced that Abbas Mamdouh's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bashar Bakri was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Zafar Maymun hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Bashar Bakri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abbas Mamdouh in the 20th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Nazmi Labib hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 25 played minutes Calne City got a freekick which was hit by Abbas Mamdouh. In the 26th minute, Fattah Abou Hafez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th minute Ziyad Omar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yaser Zafir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the game, Jabbar Al Safi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Calne City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rayleigh the free kick. After 30 played minutes Calne City got a freekick which was hit by Jabbar Al Safi.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ziyad Omar to make the kick off. Yaser Zafir made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ziyad Omar in the 57th minute. Abdul Halim Romad's late challenge caught a Rayleigh's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abdul Halim Romad helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Rayleigh booed when Calne City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdul Halim Romad didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nour al Din Abdul Basir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bashar Bakri having to interfere. 69 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rayleigh's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Qazim Muzzammil was slow to take the kick. During this time Calne City's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Qazim Muzzammil almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Rayleigh's Bashar Bakri did a great save. A collision led to Rayleigh getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Haidar Hilmi hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the match, Rayleigh's goal looked a bit too open when Abbas Mamdouh came free, but Bashar Bakri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Abbas Mamdouh's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bashar Bakri was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. 78 minutes into the game, Calne City's Nouh Ramiz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The referee ignored Rayleigh's protests and gave Nazmi Labib a yellow card for diving instead. In the 82nd minute there was a penalty for Calne City. Qazim Muzzammil stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bashar Bakri. 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abbas Mamdouh in the 85th minute of play forced Rayleigh's goalkeeper Bashar Bakri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After taking down the ball on Calne City's corner Qazim Muzzammil fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bashar Bakri quite easily take care of the ball. Abbas Mamdouh recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 94 minutes into the match, Rayleigh's goal looked a bit too open when Ibrahim Abou Hafez came free, but Bashar Bakri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abbas Mamdouh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Bashar Bakri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bashar Bakri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abbas Mamdouh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 98 minutes, Abdul Rahman Abou Fakr mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rayleigh and the Calne City players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 98th minute, Abdul Rahman Abou Fakr hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abbas Mamdouh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Bashar Bakri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Calne City's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
