Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Kamil Gulson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atletico Beirut's supporters rose to their feet, but Kamil Gulson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ilyas Fakhro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 7 minutes in the game, Salim Abdul Baqi fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Farid Ayham having to interfere. Ilyas Fakhro came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Atletico Beirut's Mostafa Jabal. But to his dismay, Mostafa Jabal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 12th minute, Ali Erdem Tekinsoy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atletico Beirut fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 15 minutes into the match, Yin Bing had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ilyas Fakhro. Chester-le-Street FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yin Bing was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Erdem Tekinsoy in the 19th minute of play forced Chester-le-Street FC's goalkeeper Ilyas Fakhro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Chester-le-Street FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Abdul Majid Husam hit a great ball. Farid Ayham made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abdul Majid Husam in the 28th minute. Ilyas Fakhro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Erdem Tekinsoy in the 30th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Yin Bing sped through Chester-le-Street FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ilyas Fakhro. After 34 minutes of play, Atletico Beirut's Elias Olbrechts made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ilyas Fakhro was left in no man's land by his defense there! 37 minutes into the game, Elias Olbrechts cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Ilyas Fakhro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Chester-le-Street FC defense, Ali Erdem Tekinsoy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ilyas Fakhro. The Chester-le-Street FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ilyas Fakhro should have stopped the shot. 46 minutes into the game, Arif Egemen Karaca cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Ilyas Fakhro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-8 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Salim Abdul Baqi to make the kick off. In the 54th match minute, Atletico Beirut was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nasri El Hariri to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute of the match, Elias Olbrechts tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ilyas Fakhro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Ali Erdem Tekinsoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ilyas Fakhro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Olbrechts in the 57th minute of play. Chester-le-Street FC's Ilyas Fakhro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florencio Harri in the 59th minute of play. The supporters of Chester-le-Street FC booed when Atletico Beirut was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nasri El Hariri didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 65th play minute Yin Bing came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ilyas Fakhro. 0-9. In the 70th minute, Elias Olbrechts reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ilyas Fakhro. The goal made the score 0-10. Ali Erdem Tekinsoy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 74th minute, Elias Olbrechts got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ilyas Fakhro made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Florencio Harri sent off a good shot on target. 83 minutes into the game, Ali Erdem Tekinsoy cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-12. Ilyas Fakhro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ilyas Fakhro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Erdem Tekinsoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. The Atletico Beirut fans' excitement grew in the 90th match minute when Atletico Beirut's Elias Olbrechts looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-13 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ilyas Fakhro made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Ali Erdem Tekinsoy sent off a good shot on target. When the match was over Atletico Beirut could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Chester-le-Street FC throughout the match.
