The supporters of Hitchin booed when Perverts FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mahdi Tayyib didn't get a good kick on the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sarwat Ghanim to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Perverts FC were awarded a corner. After taking down the ball on Perverts FC's corner Sarwat Ghanim fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Talib Ghanim quite easily take care of the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Perverts FC's goal looked a bit too open when Masoud Abdul Qadir came free, but Nour al Din Abdul Hakam reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute Masoud Abdul Qadir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nour al Din Abdul Hakam saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nour al Din Abdul Hakam didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Masoud Abdul Qadir went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Hitchin's Amir Mumtaz got a free kick in the 87th minute. After some careless play in the Perverts FC defense, Masoud Abdul Qadir kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nour al Din Abdul Hakam. The Perverts FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nour al Din Abdul Hakam should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the Hitchin players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
