Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Qasim Talab made the kick off and thus started the match. After a rather tough play, Tyre Football Club's Khaled Idris got a free kick in the 4th minute. After a rather tough play, Rayleigh's Zafar Maymun got a free kick in the 8th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wasil Walif in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bashar Bakri prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 12 played minutes Rayleigh got a freekick which was hit by Abdul Rahman Abou Fakr. Yazid Wahab took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Qasim Talab, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yazid Wahab made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Ziyad Omar sent off a good shot on target. A sloppy throw-in by Bashir Muntasir in the 22nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Rayleigh's Zafar Maymun. Zafar Maymun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Yazid Wahab tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Rayleigh's goal looked a bit too open when Wasil Walif came free, but Bashar Bakri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute, Qasim Talab left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rayleigh fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 34 minutes into the match, Rayleigh's goal looked a bit too open when Wasil Walif came free, but Bashar Bakri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, Wasil Walif cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Bashar Bakri was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Yazid Wahab came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Rayleigh's Ziyad Omar. But to his dismay, Ziyad Omar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 48 minutes into the match, Qasim Talab had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yazid Wahab. Tyre Football Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Qasim Talab was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wasil Walif to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Rayleigh's Ziyad Omar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yazid Wahab made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. In the 57th minute Qasim Talab shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yazid Wahab saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Tyre Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Zafar Maymun came free, but Yazid Wahab reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wasil Walif's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 62ndth minute, Bashar Bakri skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Yazid Wahab made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ziyad Omar in the 64th minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Qasim Talab notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Tyre Football Club's Yazid Wahab. Yazid Wahab was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Khaled Idris hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Haidar Hilmi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 75 minutes, Wasil Walif managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tyre Football Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wasil Walif was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 79 minutes into the match, Tyre Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Qasim Talab came free, but Yazid Wahab reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 86 minutes, Nazmi Labib mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rayleigh and the Tyre Football Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 86 played minutes Rayleigh got a freekick which was hit by Nazmi Labib. The supporters of Tyre Football Club booed when Rayleigh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nazmi Labib didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ziyad Omar kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. The long shot by Jibril Alhusain in the 89th minute really tested Bashar Bakri's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 91 minutes into the match, Qasim Talab had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yazid Wahab.
