Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Hassan Abou Fakr started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nazim Maalem in the 10th minute of play forced Croydon AFC's goalkeeper Hamad Muwaffaq to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nazim Maalem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamad Muwaffaq having to interfere. After 17 minutes of play, Norbury United's Mahdi Fawaz made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hamad Muwaffaq was left in no man's land by his defense there! Habib Al Harith made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubaid Basim in the 22nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hassan Abou Fakr got free with Hamad Muwaffaq in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hamad Muwaffaq showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nour al Din Abou Zaki in the 25th minute of the match. Fouad Malik scored 1-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Habib Al Harith, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Croydon AFC's Hamad Muwaffaq played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nazim Maalem in the 32nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Norbury United's Mahdi Dajaj got a free kick in the 34th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Fouad Malik had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Habib Al Harith. Norbury United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fouad Malik was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Habib Al Harith stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Diya Muzzammil's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Yaman Imad kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Hamad Muwaffaq showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nazim Maalem, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The Norbury United players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Croydon AFC were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Diya Muzzammil made a kick off. If Hassan Abou Fakr had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Salim Abdul Khaliq kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Croydon AFC's Tahir Razin got a free kick in the 61st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Croydon AFC's zone, Uthman Sabeeh stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hamad Muwaffaq came out of the goal and Uthman Sabeeh tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nazim Maalem in the 65th minute of play forced Croydon AFC's goalkeeper Hamad Muwaffaq to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Norbury United getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Nazim Maalem hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Croydon AFC's Ubaid Basim slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Habib Al Harith. That made the score 1-3 after 70 minutes of play. In the 73rd minute, Mahdi Fawaz made a precise shot to the right of Hamad Muwaffaq. Croydon AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. 76 minutes into the game, Diya Muzzammil recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Habib Al Harith. Diya Muzzammil showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-4. In the 80th minute of the match, Diya Muzzammil tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Habib Al Harith saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 84th minute, Hassan Abou Fakr got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Moneer Aziz hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Tahir Razin hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Norbury United lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
